I already have a Sage Pay account; can I switch to your Merchant Services without any downtime?

Yes, customers who already have a Sage Pay account, and have a merchant account with another merchant bank can apply for the Sage Pay Merchant Service by contacting our Merchant Services team.

 

We will then post you an application form for you to complete and return to us.  If your application is approved, we will fully ensure that this is a smooth transition process and no downtime is experienced.  Your new merchant number will not be added to your live Sage Pay account until we have received confirmation that it is operational. This will mean you should have absolutely no downtime.

 

We would always advise that you do not terminate your current merchant agreement until you have received confirmation from us that your new merchant number has been added onto your live account.

 

Please note that we cannot offer a multi-currency function at this time, all transactions must be GBP.
