I have placed an order and my payment went through Sage Pay but I have not received any goods/services?

Sage Pay is an online Payment Service Provider allowing our vendors to accept card payments through their website.  We process payments on behalf of our customers and make sure that your transaction details are kept secure throughout the transaction process.

As the website's payment provider, we do not have any access to any order or delivery details and are unable to process any refunds or cancel any orders on behalf of the merchants who use our service.

If you have a query regarding your order, we would recommend that you first contact the company you ordered from.

You should find the company's contact details on the company's website, the customer receipt, or on the Sage Pay transaction confirmation email if one has been sent.
