How do you get a merchant number?

 In order to get an Internet Merchant number you will need to contact one of the acquiring banks that we are associated with. It is important that when you start your search for a merchant account, that you research all the acquiring banks as you will find they each will provide you with competitive rates for you to choose from.

Once you have chosen which acquiring bank is best for your business they will enter you into an Internet Merchant agreement. You will then be provided with an Internet Merchant Number which you will need to provide Sage Pay when you register with us.
