Sage Pay announces acquisition of Integral.

We’re pleased to announce that today (Tuesday 7th February 2012) Sage Pay have acquired Integral Computers Limited, a provider of face-to-face payment solutions.

The acquisition of Integral accelerates our existing strategy of offering powerful connected payment services to the cardholder present market.

As shopping habits change and multi-channel retailing becomes the ‘norm’, we’re taking steps to provide our customers with solutions to enable the acceptance of card payments however and wherever they run their business, whether that’s online, at a trade show or even from a market stall!
