Business Analyst, London

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Sage Pay Product Development team as a Business Analyst.  This is a key role that will be responsible for supporting the Senior Business Analyst, R&D team, customers and the rest of the business.

You'll have substantial business analysis experience including managing stakeholder relationships across the full software development cycle and a track record for delivering customer focused results. You should be able to demonstrate an innovative, strategic approach to analysing and determining solutions for business processes.  Your experience will include process definition, re-engineering and managing change appropriately.  For this you must demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

You'll be considered an expert in your field, capable of inspiring and developing your team.  You'll champion analysis within Sage Pay and will be comfortable engaging with staff at all levels of the organisation.  You'll have extensive experience working with customer engagement and requirements gathering techniques and understand how these are impacted by different development approaches.

You'll have experience managing a programme of analysis activities across multiple complex software projects, including quality reviews on deliverables produced by colleagues and your team.
