Online fraud analysis service

This service is suited to e-commerce merchants selling high-value or luxury items and is for use in conjunction with our premium fraud prevention packages.

A highly experienced fraud analyst examines all of your transactions and halts any transactions that appear to be potentially fraudulent on your behalf.

As the analyst halts these transactions, further investigation is carried out and a recommendation is then provided; for example, should we ship these goods or not?

This recommendation is then provided to you, giving you the peace of mind that an expert has examined the transaction details for you and where appropriate, carried out further investigations.

• 12p per transaction (in addition to the £10p/m or 6p/transaction for premium fraud prevention package)
