Mail order and telephone payments

Our stand alone facility is basically an online pdq machine for Mail Order/Telephone Order (MOTO) environments where there is no e-commerce website. Depending on your merchant bank, you may need to obtain a separate merchant number in order to accept MOTO payments.

Once you have a MOTO merchant number, you will be able to
take advantage of the following:

• It can be accessed via a web browser anywhere with an internet connection
• It is simple to use and requires no integration or development work by you
• It is automatically available with Sage Pay Go at no extra cost
• All transactions are kept to allow you to reconcile your transactions, perform refunds and repeat payments
• If you're a Sage 50, Sage 200 or Sage Instant Accounts customer, you will be able to fully integrate and reconcile your MOTO transactions

Pricing

There are no set-up fees, no percentage fees, no annual charges.

Benefit from our flat rate pricing:

• €15 per month for merchants processing up to 300 transaction per quarter
• €25 per month for merchants processing 301 to 1,000 transactions per quarter
• €0.15 per transaction for merchants processing more than 1000 transactions per quarter, with a minimum charge of €25 per month.
  
  
• If you already have an account with Sage Pay (formerly Protx), you can start to take advantage of this facility immeditately, at no extra charge. You’ll need the 2008 or later version of your Sage software, a MOTO merchant account (which we can help with) and access to our Virtual Terminal, which comes as part of your package.
  
  
• If you’d like to use your Sage Pay account to process online payments as well as MOTO payments and you’re currently on our €15 package, you just need to upgrade to our €25 package. This will enable you to accept up to 1,000 card payments per quarter via mail order, telephone, online or via Sage 50 ‘Pay Now’ invoicing.
