Getting started
- Apply online to order your card terminal(s) and open a merchant account

What will happen after I apply?
- You will need to print and sign your merchant account application form and return this to us with some supporting information. (See Merchant Account Set Up guide)
- We will contact you by email to confirm your application and send you your terminal order form.
- The merchant account application process can take 5-10 working days (if all documents are submitted in a timely manner)
- If the application is approved, we will contact you to arrange a dispatch date.
- The pre-configured terminal(s) will be delivered with a user guide and instructions to start accepting payments
